	AKKURT AVIATION INC. is the first JAR-21 certified company in Turkey producing aircraft parts and established at Istanbul, in 1986.
	Now together with AKKURT and PRIMA AVIATION can provide galley equipments repair, overhaul, manufacture which you desire or the new ones which are available at ISTANBUL ATATURK AIRPORT AT PRIMA FACILITIES . Cooperation of the both companies will provide with no price and other terms and conditions differencies between the companies if our customers will contact to any of them.
	PRIMA and AKKURT COOPERATION INC. has a large production line of different parts of galley equipment, seat parts, and interiorpassenger service equipment.
	PRIMA and AKKURT COOPERATION INC. has 3 main production divisions as follows:

A) HOT CUP:

The double wall constructed stainless steel Hot Cups are used to boil the water for a better cup of tea or coffee and to warm up baby bottles. The cups are equipped with an integrated, round braised heating element that can be fitted with the size and electrical installation requirements of all galleys. The electrical system is regulated and protected by the thermostat and overheat protector (or thermal fuse), respectively. The regulation is defined around temperatures of 95 °C - 105 °C (203 °F 221 °F). Whether they have 1 or 2 litres of capacity, the Hot Cups have a mono block deep-drawn outer container with a grinded finish and an electro-polished inner container that are equipped with black colour Bakelite and/or injection moulded PPS handles. Irrespective the capacity and the configuration, all our Cups can be fitted with or without stainless steel lids. Options include different versions of electrical systems and plugs that go with those systems, surface finishing, embossed logo etc …

B) HOT JUG:

The double wall constructed stainless steel Hot Jugs are specially designed to hold temperatures of beverages constant over time. The units have an integrated heating element that can fit the size and the electrical installation requirements of all aircraft galleys. The electrical system is regulated and protected by the thermostat and overheat protector (or thermal fuse), respectively. The regulation is defined around temperatures of 80 °C (168 °F) – 85 °C (178 °F). Whether 4 or 7,5 liters of capacity, the Hot Jugs have a reinforced outer container with a brushed/satin finish and an electro-polished inner container that is specially designed with an angle towards the faucet for quick and efficient draining. Irrespective the capacity, all our Jugs come in versions of either full (detachable) or half (hinged) lids. Options include different versions of electrical systems and plugs that go with those system, different faucets, surface finishes, label pockets, embossed logo etc …

Canister: Single wall, mono-block constructed Canisterthat are made of stainless steel are grinded/satin brushedon the outside and electro polished on the inside and have a black Bakelite and/or injection moulded PPS handle. They can be fitted with or without lid and carry a content of 1 or 2 litres.

C) COLD JUG:

The double wall constructed stainless steel Cold Jugs (except the 11 liters version) are specially designed to keep beverages cold over time. Whether 4 – 7,5 or 11 liters of capacity, the Cold Jugs have a reinforced outer container with a brushed / satin finish and an electro-polished inner container that is specially designed with an angle towards the faucet for quick and efficient draining. Irrespective the capacity, all our Jugs come in versions of either full (detachable) or half (hinged) lids. Options include different versions of faucets, surface finishes, label pockets, embossed logo etc... The 4 and 7,5 liters versions, also called “Insulated Liquid Containers”, come in forms that are overall PUR insulated and completely sealed. These containers are already in use at various hospitals and on board of many commercial aircrafts. Options include different faucets, surface finishes, embossed or silkscreen logo etc …

D) 5 LITERS INSULATED LIQUID CONTAINERS:

Please meet our latest innovation... Everything you look for in a superior product... Reliable quality, unique futures, elegant design and competitive price... Advantages: Unlike Hot Jugs, Hot Cups or Coffee Makers there is no electrical system in the container, no need to use the power supply of the aircraft... ensures flight safety by avoiding potential shortcut problems and makes cleaning safer and easier as it is dishwasher safe. Eliminates the need of any other item for preparing and serving hot/cold liquid (such as Hot Cups, Hot/Cold Jugs, Canisters, Coffee Makers, etc.)... saves money and space. Function: Keeps the temperature of the desired liquid (whether cold or hot) constant fora minimum of 5 hours.

E) FRYING PAN:

Developed for the world’s prestigious airlines in accordance with airworthiness and hygiene requirements, the deep-drawn aluminum alloy (AA5754=AlMg3) pan is a state of the art product that demonstrates a generation of our Know-How. For fat free, clean and safe use, the pan is inside and outside Teflon (Dupont-Platinum) coated and equipped with a replaceable tubular heating element. An adjustable thermostat to regulate the temperature controls the efficient heating element. Finally, to keep the heat in the pan and ensure safety, the pan is completed with injection molded PPS handles on both sides. All standard parts used in our pan are interchangeable, thereby making it an economical and rational choice for you. As it is the case for all of our products, the Frying Pan is also an approved product that is designed, developed, tested and manufactured to airworthiness and airline public health requirements. Options include different versions of electrical systems and their plugs, different surface finishes, silkscreen logo on both handless etc...

	F) STANDART CONTAINER The standard Container is specially designed to help you conveniently store your service items on board. It is a rigid construction of aluminum sheets (AA5754=AlMg3) fixed to aluminum extrusion profiles (AA6061) and has a natural anodized finish. Complete sealing helps to avoid dirt and noisy vibration of panels. Its corners are welded together and fully radiused. The deep-drawn pressed runners on the side panels serve for tray/drawer support as well as for reinforcement of the carrier housing. Options :

	The rigid door is attached to the body with a stainless steel hinge and is equipped with an actron type latch. There is also a steel-locking stud attached to the frame for content’s security. The aluminum carrying handle on the top, the pull handle and the label pocket on the door are the final touches of the container. The container can carry a load of 4 ea Standard Trays, 2 ea Standard Drawers plus 1 ea Standard Tray or 1 ea 5 ltr. Insulated Liquid Container. Beside deep-drawn pressed runners on both sides, options include drawn and reinforced strips on top, bottom, and rear side of the unit, different thickness choice for the door, different latch system (twist type or special slam latch), embossed logo etc . . .

G) DRAWER

The Drawers are made of aluminum sheets (AA5754=AlMg3) with an anodized surface finish and have welded and fully radiused corners with completely reinforced upper sides (self bended) to reach maximum strength. The pressed self-runners are equipped with plastic (POAM/PPS) strip for low friction and easy glide. The unit comes with either pull handles or hand-holes on both faces for easy pull. Options include other thickness and/or materials, powder coated surface finish, embossed logo on both faces etc . . .

H) OVEN RACK & TRAY

The Oven Racks can be constructed of either aluminum (AA5754=AlMg3) or stainless steel sheets of various thicknesses. In both versions, the front side of the rack is framed by a solid extrusion and equipped with reinforcement strips on both side panels to from a rigid unit. The rear panel cut-out fits the oven fan and will accept the oven temperature sensor location of the oven. There are also racks without rear panels to meet different oven type configurations. Integrated Oven Tray runners inside the unit accommodate 8 ea. Oven Trays. Atlas standard or extended depth rack versions give different carrying capacity to the unit. The carrying handle is placed on top of the rack housing and completes the unit with its final touch. The Oven Trays are designed to carry standard size casserole dishes and to fit to any size Oven Rack. Trays come also in aluminum (AA5754=AlMg3), stainless steel sheet or stainless steel wire of various shapes and thickness. Options include other thickness and/or material of choice, different surface finishes, embossed logo etc...

	I) ICE CONTAINER The Ice Containers, are specifically designed to preserve the ice over extended periods of time, consist of 3 main parts. The rigid Container Box that is made of aluminium alloy sheets fixed to aluminium profile structure, the stainless steel Icebox and the stainless steel Grate. The container box has a drawer connected to the Ice Container door to carry the Icebox and has welded corners and is equipped with an stainless steel handles on the sides. The stainless steel grate is designed to be used inside the icebox. The Ice Container can be ordered as a whole unit or each main part separately. Options include other thickness and/or materials according to your specific needs, powder coated surface finish, silk-screen logo etc... Options:

J) FOLDING TROLLEY:

The Folding Trolleys are specially designed to easily carry and distribute your service items on board. It is an elegant and efficient equipment to display newspapers and magazines as well as first and/or Business Class cocktails and dinners on board. The Folding Trolley has 4 main components, the structure, the shelves, the casters and the brakes. The stainless steel square profile structure supports the lightweight aluminum shelves. Milled and weight reduced aluminum sheets are decor faced and sandwiched to form the shelves. A naturally anodized aluminum extrusion profile frames the sheets to complete the shelves. The trolley is equipped along with fully swivel casters. The brakes are touch activated and located at one caster on each side. Options include different dimensions and numbers of shelves (either 2 or 3) to fit specific storage requirements, different decor material or power coated shelf surfaces, silk screen logo etc...

	K) NEWSPAPER TROLLEY The Newspaper Trolleys are specially designed for distribution of only newspapers and magazines on board. This lightweight trolley is structured of welded aluminum tube frame and equipped with 4 swiveling casters with foot-operated brakes. The trolleys are easily and quickly folded for convenient storage. Options :

L) ESCUTCHEONS:

The Escutcheons come in many different shapes and sizes to fit almost all commercial aircraft seats in every class. The material used can be stainless steel of various thickness options, plastic or any material of your choice. Escutcheons can be produced with or without Ash Tray housing, PCU sockets and audio cut outs to fit your specific seat configurations. Options include various types of surface finishes such as brushed (satin), bright polished, electro polished or grinded. We also have the capability to produce customized Escutcheons based on your samples.

	M) THERMO-FORMED PARTS Non-flammable (JAR 25.853b) and non-toxic polycarbonate sheets are thermo-formed to various shapes and sizes. We are fully capable of producing all kinds of thermo-formed parts based on your sample and in any colour of your choice. Options include various types of thermo-formed parts with various thickness possibilities, choice of colours and silk-screen logo etc... Options :

N) MEAL TABLE:

O) MEAL TABLE LATCH AND SPRING

Meal table latches come in various shapes, sizes and colours depending the seat brand. These latches are mostly made of injection moulded polycarbonate handles and machined stainless steel pins of different sizes. Latches that are not common or have unique requirements can also be tailor made to fit your specific seat configurations. Literature Spring Produced from chrome-plated high carbon steel/stainless steel spring wire, the literature pocket springs can be designed in various shapes and sizes to fit almost any commercial aircraft seat.

The Rear Meal or In-arm Tables are specially designed to fit almost all commercial aircraft seat in every class. The thermo-formed polycarbonate sheets are sandwiched with PUR between to form the Meal Table. The latch house and the tray lip are reinforced with metallic inserts to provide durability. Options include customized Meal Tables

P) ARM CAP

The Arm Caps come in three different versions. The cover material can be self-skinning cold cured molded integral polyurethane, injection molded plastic or leather. The PUR and leather versions can be supported by either aluminum sheet or injection molded plastic part and all versions can be designed in your required color or standard black. Arm Caps are compatible with all type of seats of any class used in almost all commercial aircraft in the industry. Arm Caps can be fitted according to your samples to meet your specific needs.

AKKURT Meal, Beverage and Waste Trolleys constructed of a high density closed cell foam, reinforced and sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium for maximum insulation capacity and to get maximum structural strength.

Transparent Duty Free Sales Trolleys built constructed of high impact resistance transparent poly carbonate sheet and alloyed aluminium extruded profiles. Main features of all trolleys are a rigid construction, easy maintenance and interchangebility of parts. Improved two foot pedal brake system is corrosion free.

Decor materials: Dark blue or grey are standard, special colour according to customer requirements are well come.
